We handle trees in difficult locations with a Controlled Fell - where the tree is trimmed to a managable size and strapped to our equipment so it's fall direction is more controlled.
During the winter months we do have some limitations.
We can perform tree services as long as the temperature is above 15°F and as long as the path is reasonably clear of snow so we can position our equipment safely.
We can clear a path to perform tree services, though it may result in an additional cost.
It is important to know if a tree belongs to you or to the City.
An easy way to tell is if a tree's trunk is between the curb and a sidewalk, then this tree belongs to the City.
If there is no sidewalk and the tree's trunk is within the sidewalk-reserved space, usually 10 feet from the curb, then this tree belongs to the City.
